Founded by Sam Donovan and Nick Rogers, MAD is not just about learning to act; it’s about learning to bring your true self to the stage and beyond. Their combined experiences, from stage and screen performances to staging touring and West End productions, have shaped an environment focused on creativity and personal development.

At the heart of Liverpool, our academy has become a hub for those interested in the creative arts, offering courses that cater to all levels of experience. It’s a place where adults find their voice, have fun, hone their skills and discover the joy of performance. And now, we are excited to extend this experience to York, marking the beginning of a new chapter in our story.

This expansion reflects our commitment to make the transformative experience of drama accessible to more people.  York represents the first step in bringing our unique approach to acting and personal development to a broader audience. Our courses in York, like those in Liverpool, are designed for individuals from all walks of life, welcoming beginners and seasoned performers alike.
